Vision Partnership Program – Grant Awards from 1996 to 2025

The Vision Partnership Program (VPP) was established in 1996 to promote the implementation of the County's Comprehensive Plan, Landscapes, through the direct financial support of local planning efforts. Since that time, well over $6 million in grant funding has been awarded to municipalities throughout Chester County. The numbers below illustrate the impressive impact VPP grants have had on a wide range of local and regional planning projects since the program's inception.
